Mission and Vision
At Ashton Lacey Consulting, my mission is to provide exceptional culturally focused consulting services to Indigenous Organizations in British Columbia. I also aim to provide a higher learning and immersive experience to non-Indigenous organizations who want to understand the context of decolonizing their practices. With years of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges that Indigenous communities face, and offer tailored solutions to help organizations that serve Indigenous people thrive.
My vision is to be apart of creating good ancestors in our communities by focusing on engagement, community buy-in, and allowing community voices to be heard through the development of policies, plans, and projects.

Ashton Lacey Consulting acknowledges the unceded and title lands of the Tsilhqot'in; her?esiggdam (ancestors) who fought valiantly for their land and their people. The Tsilhqot'in continue to assert their rights and title to their lands. As a Tsilhqot'in tsi'qi (woman), Ashton continues the legacy of her ?esiggdam by becoming educated in Western ways but continuing to walk strong in two worlds. She continues to practice her cultural ways and teach anyone who is willing to learn.
